A note on the name
RoomGenius is now Roomagine
Same app, same company, same account. We changed the name and nothing else — if you were looking for RoomGenius, you've found it.
The app stores still say RoomGenius
The rename is rolling out. Until the new versions clear review, the App Store and Google Play listings still carry the old name — so if you download RoomGenius today, that's us, and it'll become Roomagine in an update.
What didn't change
Everything except the name
A rename is a good moment to worry that something got worse. Nothing did.
-
The same company
Bitfuse UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Düsseldorf. Same registration, same team, same people answering support.
-
The same app
Every design style, room type and feature carried over. Nothing was removed for the rename.
-
The same account
Your login and your credit balance live on our servers, tied to your email address — not inside the app. Sign in as usual and they're there.
-
The same pricing
Credits, no subscription, and they still never expire. The rename didn't change what anything costs.
Please read this if you were charged
Sites using our old name that aren't us
Several websites and apps have used the RoomGenius name without any connection to us — including roomgeniusai.com and room-genius-xi.vercel.app. We don't operate them, we have no access to their systems, and we can't refund anything they charged you. Being clearly distinguishable from them is a large part of why we renamed.
If a charge you don't recognise says "RoomGenius"
- 1
Check the merchant name on the statement
Ours reads Bitfuse UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or is billed through Apple or Google. Anything else — a Stripe descriptor with an unfamiliar company, or a name you don't recognise — is not us.
- 2
Contact that merchant first
Card issuers usually expect you to have tried. Whoever took the payment has a support address on their own site.
- 3
Then dispute it with your bank
If they don't respond or refuse, ask your bank or card issuer to reverse the charge. They can undo a payment we have no visibility into — we genuinely cannot.
- 4
If the charge really is ours, write to us
Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are managed in your store account. For anything else, support@roomagine.ai reaches a person.

Questions
About the rename
Is Roomagine the same app as RoomGenius?
Yes. Same app, same company (Bitfuse UG, Düsseldorf), same team. We changed the name — nothing else about the product.
Why did you change the name?
Partly because several unaffiliated sites and apps had started using the RoomGenius name, which made it genuinely hard for people to tell what they were downloading or being charged for. A distinct name we can protect fixes that for everyone.
Do I keep my credits?
Yes, all of them. Credits are held against your account on our servers, keyed to your email address — the app only displays the balance. Signing in to Roomagine with the same email shows the same balance, on either platform. Nothing to claim, no code to enter.
Do I need to do anything?
Sign in as usual — that's it. Your account and credits find you automatically.
Will I lose my saved rooms and designs?
Your designs are stored on your own device rather than on our servers — deliberately, so photographs of your home aren't sitting in a database. That means they travel with the app: updating in place keeps everything. If you ever install Roomagine as a separate, fresh app rather than as an update, your account and credits still follow you automatically, but the design library on your old install won't — so share or save anything you'd hate to lose before switching.
What happened to room-genius.com?
It now redirects here. Every page kept its address, so any link or bookmark you have still works — roomagine.ai simply answers instead.
I was charged by a site called RoomGenius that isn't you. What now?
We can't see or refund a charge made by someone else, and we're sorry — it's a frustrating thing to land in. Check your card or bank statement for the merchant name on the charge, contact that merchant directly first, and if that goes nowhere ask your bank or card issuer to dispute it. Your bank can reverse a charge we have no access to.
How do I know I'm in the right place?
Our app is published by Bitfuse UG (haftungsbeschränkt), and that name appears on both store listings. Our website is roomagine.ai. Our support address is support@roomagine.ai. If something claiming to be us doesn't match all three, it isn't us.
Carry on
The app, under its new name
Photograph a room, pick a style, and get the same space back redesigned in about a minute — then find furniture you can actually buy. That's what it always did.
